Return / shipping policy
Defective products may be returned with prior approval for exchange or credit. All claims for defective product must be made within 15 days of receipt of the order.
To return merchandise:
1. Repack the items so they do not move within the package or against one another. We can not accept merchandise returns that have not been packaged/shipped properly.
2. Include your name, address, email address and phone number.
3. Return to:

4. Keep a copy of your receipt in case your package is lost by the shipper
5. All returned goods must be inspected prior to the issuance of credit or exchange.

Has my order shipped?
Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information sent to the email provided at time of order.
For items in stock, orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Personalized items take 6-8 weeks for shipment.
